LATEST JULY LOG

06 Jul 2020 09:20

Following his excellent start to finish victory in the Hollywoodbets Gold Challenge, the Eric Sands-trained Rainbow Bridge heads the latest Vodacom Durban July log issued by Gold Circle on Thursday.

The only newcomers to the Log are Lady Of Steel and Tristful in positions  No 19 and No 20 respectively.

Lady of Steel finished third in the Woolavington 2000 (Gr 1) over the weekend while Tristful claimed second spot in the World Sports Betting 1900 a week earlier.

Chijmes and Sachdev who appeared in the first Log have both been scratched and trainer Mike de Kock has withdrawn Queen Supreme as a supplementary entry.

At this stage Hawwaam remains a runner until the star colt’s international travel plans have been absolutely finalised.
